It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to obtain the correct information.
The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred for re-sending the order to the correct address.
If you realize that you have provided a wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@raktoever.com or via WhatsApp. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will update the address for you at no extra cost.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address. You may try to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to see if they can redirect the package.
Raktoever is not responsible for non-delivery of orders if the address provided was incorrect or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
